The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a nice little area, right by parks, major attractions like the Titanic museum and WonderWorks.

My favorite property in Pigeon Forge. My 2 nights in Pigeon Forge were excellent. The location was favourable, minute walk from The Wonders of Magic. Courteous and superfriendly staff who were always there to help. I appreciated continental breakfasts with pancakes, gravy and sausage.

Truly enjoyed my wonderful stay at the Microtel Hotel. Everything was great, though a few employees were horrible.

The property was quiet little, offered non-smoking and pet-friendly rooms.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and quiet little, had accommodating staff and well-kept rooms. The continental breakfast option was good.

The rooms were pet-friendly with two beds, the staff were thorough. The food was great with plenty of choice!

Hip new and perfectly clean hotel, the stuff is helpful. The rooms are huge on the bathtub and the overall experience is very nice.

The venue is perfectly clean, with decent location adjacent to WonderWorks as well as restaurants and shows. The breakfast is delicious, includes variety of meals. Amazing service, including helpful staff and reliable Wi-Fi. Loved easy check-in.

Was a brilliant base for weekend. It was only a short distance to Thai Palace, where you can have dinner.

Terrific stay in the tourist area. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was great. Generally everything was exceptional, nevertheless the bathroom was terrible.

It is old renovated hotel, I loved its functional rooms and very efficient staff. Super breakfast, amazing service. The pool is good and the garden is green. Near an amazing beach.

It was the best stay and I would happily return. It was fairly clean and the staff were absolutely fabulous, beds were fine. Location was top, a few steps away from The Wonders of Magic. The beach nearby was sandy and the view was perfect!

Funny staff made my stay best and the location was phenomenal. Large room, cozy bed and luxurious bathroom. They offered American breakfast, it was great. Helpful service and a great restaurant, available onsite. Furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient.

Incrediblevalue for money, not big hotel. All the rooms are cool and the staff is exceptional. Location is convenient, at a moderate distance from Tanger Outlets. The poolside restaurant is small, serves outstanding dishes.

Nicely presented and tidy hotel, top location. I loved the room, which was unique and welcoming. The view it had was absolutely fabulous! Relaxed by the pool, it was good, especially when the weather was wonderful.

We were there for 2 nights, overall had an excellent stay. The location was prime, not too far away from an arts theater. Hotel was overall clean.

The hotel itself is WONDERFUL, we loved staff and location. All in all it's spotlessly clean place, they have very comfy beds. Quick check-in, late check-out.

Staff was vip, room was accommodating and pretty comfortable. For guest safety rooms include smoke detectors. Peaceful, decent location. Booked it for 2 days and had a really enjoyable experience:)))
